Minimum Age Requirement: At least in 3^rd grade

Ministry Position Description Summary: To help the set-up and take-down crew

Ministry Leader: Dan Szuhay (email him at info@go2hope.org)

Reporting Structure: Reports to any of the adult set-up/take-down crew members and adult worship leaders; ultimately to the set-up/take-down coordinator

Time commitment: At least 1/mo., but can serve more often if desired (on Sunday mornings at 8:30am and/or after the service at 11:15am)

Current Status: 0 serving/ 2-3 more people needed

• Helps in the set-up

1. Place tablecloths and centerpieces on all tables
2. Places pens and an extra worship program on each table
3. Help the other set-up/take-down crew members

• Helps in the take-down

1. Put away pens
2. Give the extra worship program on each table to Miss Jean (Jean Raine)
3. Put away tablecloths and centerpieces
4. Help the other set-up/take-down crew members

• Cautions

1. Because of the sensitivity of the equipment, please do not work with any of the sound or visual equipment
2. Also, please stay clear when heavy equipment is being moved around. Please do not attempt to move heavy things like the tables, platforms, etc.
